Gerdi Dwarf specialises in hiding in public places, usually in a shrubbery or large pot plants but she will still send you a return email as soon as she can. Agent Bertram will normally take a mid morning break at Rene’s Patisserie but all he will achieve is covering his mobile phone with greasy fingerprints. He will usually get back to you when he is at home with the help of his Beloved Agent Gertrude.
